If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. To process a replacement, customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product along with their order details.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item.
We are not responsible for issues reported outside of the 5-day window or for damage resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery.
