7. Shipping and Risk of Loss

   Pivot Peptides will make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly; however, shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, supply issues, or events beyond our control.

   Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

   You are responsible for ensuring that products may be lawfully shipped to and possessed in your jurisdiction.

8. Return and Refund Policy

   All sales are final. Pivot Peptides does not accept returns and does not issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed, except where required by applicable law.

   If you receive an order that is materially incorrect or arrives damaged, you must contact us within the timeframe stated on the Site or, if no timeframe is stated, within a reasonable time after delivery, so we may review the issue in our discretion.
